Description:

LP series bottle sorting machine is used to feed the bottles into filling machine through air conveyor. Manually put bottles into the hopper, and then the bottle sorting machine will arrange the bottle and output one by one without crash.

The bottle sorting machine can be connected to the prodution line directly such as beverage filling machine. The capacity is from 4000BPH to 30000BPH. The speed is controlled by PLC. All the electric control and pneumatic components are world famous brand such as SMC / Festo, Mitsubihsi, Omron, Panasonic and etc.

Characteristics

- Torque limit part is designed for the main motor reducer so as to protect the machinery if malfunctions occur;

- Two put-casts in one cycle ensure that every work location should be with one bottle, which enhances bottle output efficiency;

- The bottles are neck locked through the air conveyor so as to avoid overtuen in delivery;

- Dilapidated bottles will be eliminated by a special devide;

- A lock detector is equipped for alarming; when locked, the machine will automatically stop;

- A photoelectric switch is set for starting when there is no bottle and stopping when there are bottles;

- Maintenance doors and mould replacement door provided;

- Mitsubishi, Omron and Siemens provide the main electrical components like transducer, PLC, touc screen, sensor, relay etc.

Applications

The automatic bottle sorting machine is used to arrange disordered plastic bottle to production line. It can connect to different production line including mineral water line, food production line, dairy production line, medical production line and chemical production line and etc.

Working principle and diagram:

When the bottle elevator is started, the disordered bottles will be transferred on top of umbrella shape tower ,and then fall into bottle ascending devices .The bottle ascending devices will push bottles into bottle dropping grooves under the action of cam . Then the ordered bottles will be sent out through planet wheel into air conveyor. Planet wheel is connected with motor main axis by synchronous belt.
